  1. That was not a terrible shot. In fact I think it was the perfect response anyone could have for that delivery. It started at leg, and swung, so the batsman played a shot at the middle stump, and still lost his off stump. It was just too good a ball. Even if he touched it, he was gone at slips.

  2. To all the idiots who believe Sachin or any other batsman could have played this delivery, they are missing a very critical point. In order to play a late swinging high-speed delivery like this, you would have to accurately predict the entire swing trajectory of the ball which, given the limitations of human reflexes and cognitive abilities, is well-nigh impossible. So STFU and have the humility to give credit where due!
